1. Custom Orders Policy

  • All our products are made to order and customized based on your approved designs, including logos, names, numbers, and other specifications.
  • As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will gladly resolve the issue. Please follow these steps:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  2. Provide proof of the defect or damage, including clear photos of the item and packaging.
  3. Once approved, we will either:
    • Offer a replacement at no additional cost.
    • Issue a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

3. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or replacements are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • The product has manufacturing defects.
  • The item is damaged during shipping.
  • The delivered product does not match the approved mockup design.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized items with approved designs that meet the provided specifications.
  • Products with minor variations in color, size, or material due to customization and manufacturing processes.
  • Orders reported outside the 48-hour damage or defect notification window.

5. Process for Returns or Refunds

To request a refund or replacement, please:

  2. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and provide further instructions.
  3. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.

7. Shipping Costs

  • We offer free shipping on all orders. If a replacement is issued due to a defect or damage, shipping costs will also be covered by us.
